This document constitutes a public offer (oferta) by DayriOS ("Provider") to any individual ("User") to enter into an agreement for the provision of digital services under the following terms. Registration on the platform constitutes acceptance of this offer.
The Provider grants the User access to the DayriOS platform — an AI-powered life management service including: task and goal management, habit tracking, financial tracking, note-taking, AI coaching, and related features.
Prices may be changed with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers retain their current price until the end of the billing period.
Payments are processed via Stripe in EUR. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. The User may cancel auto-renewal at any time through Settings → Billing.
The Provider undertakes to: maintain Service availability (target 99.5% uptime); protect User data per the Privacy Policy; provide technical support via email; notify Users of material changes.
The User undertakes to: provide accurate registration information; not share account credentials; use the Service in compliance with applicable laws; not reverse-engineer or misuse the AI systems.
The User retains all rights to their content. The Provider retains rights to the platform, code, design, and AI models. User-generated content is never used to train AI models.
AI-generated content is informational only and does not constitute professional advice. The Provider is not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. The User may delete their account in Settings → Data. The Provider may terminate for Terms violations with notice.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, then through the competent courts of the Provider's registered jurisdiction.
