This policy covers the DayriOS apps for iPhone, Android and Windows and the website dayrioslife.com.

Account data: Email address, password (stored only as a hash by our authentication provider), name (if you add it or it comes from Sign in with Google or Apple), language, timezone, currency and country. The country is taken from your device time zone or language, or, if those don't name one, approximately from your IP address; it only sets regional defaults such as date formats and the first day of the week.
Content you create: Tasks, goals, habits, notes, dreams, mood entries, focus sessions and financial records you enter (transactions, budgets, subscriptions, savings goals, investments).
Files you upload: Receipt photos, bank statement PDFs and voice recordings. They are kept in private storage that only your account can access.
AI conversations: Messages you send to the AI assistant and its answers.
Messages to us: Feedback, bug reports and reports about AI answers or other users' content, together with the app version, platform and screen they were sent from.
Content other people can see: If you create or join a habit challenge, its title and description, your display name and your streak are visible to anyone with the challenge link. If you join a shared dream, its members see your name and your activity in it. Cards you share are visible to anyone with the share link. Everything else stays private to your account.
Usage and diagnostics: Which features you use, AI request counts and the days you were active; crash reports and performance data, including session replays in which all text, input fields and images are masked. Diagnostics carry your user ID and plan, never your email address.
Device data: A push notification token if you allow notifications, plus device type, operating system and app version.
Purchases: Subscriptions in the iPhone and Android apps are paid through the App Store or Google Play; on the website, through Stripe. We receive your plan, its status and your purchase history, never your card details.
Telegram: If you link the Telegram bot, your Telegram chat ID.
We use your data only to: provide the Service and its AI features; send the reminders, notifications and emails you turned on, as well as sign-up codes and receipts; manage your subscription; keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse and review reports; fix bugs and improve features; comply with legal obligations. We don't show ads, sell your data or build advertising profiles.
AI features send the data they need to third-party AI providers: OpenAI (GPT models, voice transcription and receipt reading), Google (Gemini), Anthropic (Claude) and Replicate (dream cover images). We ask for your explicit permission before any of your data is sent to them. You can withdraw it at any time in Settings → Dayri AI; without it, every feature that does not use AI keeps working. We send only the minimum data necessary for each AI request (for example, the text of a task you ask to break down or a voice recording you ask to transcribe). Text you publish for other users to see (challenge titles and descriptions, display names) is checked by OpenAI's moderation service to filter out objectionable content. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and, under their API terms, do NOT use your data to train their models.
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security, so your private data is accessible only to your account. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Servers are located in the EU.
We do NOT sell your data. We share it only with providers that run parts of the Service for us: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage); Vercel (website hosting); OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and Replicate (AI processing, only with your permission, and moderation of published text); Apple and Google (sign-in if you choose it, in-app purchases and push notifications); RevenueCat (subscription status for in-app purchases); Stripe (payments on the website); Resend (email delivery); Sentry (crash reports and diagnostics); Telegram (only if you link the bot). We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
You have the right to: access your data (Settings → Data); rectify inaccurate data; delete individual items at any time, or your whole account in Settings → Data (see how to delete your account); export your data (JSON); object to processing; restrict processing; data portability. We use only essential cookies for authentication (Supabase session). No tracking cookies. No advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
We keep your data while your account is active. AI conversation history is deleted automatically after 90 days. When you delete your account in the app, your data is erased right away; deletion requests by email are completed within 30 days. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days. Apple, Google and Stripe keep their own payment records for as long as tax law requires.
The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
