Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (fastest)

If you can still sign in, you can erase your account immediately:

Open DayriOS on the web or in the app and sign in.
Go to Settings → Data.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first — Settings → Data also offers an export.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in, email hello@dayrioslife.com from the address registered to the account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account is erased:

Your profile: name, email address, language, timezone and settings.
All content you created: tasks, goals, habits, notes, dreams, mood entries, focus sessions.
All financial records you entered: transactions, budgets, subscriptions, investments.
Voice recordings and uploaded receipts or statements.
Your AI conversation history and any AI-generated insights or reports.
Your Telegram link, so the bot stops messaging you.

What is kept, and for how long

Payment records — kept by Apple, Google or Stripe (whichever you paid through) for up to 7 years where tax and accounting law requires it. We never store card numbers ourselves.
Anonymised, aggregated usage counts — cannot be linked back to you.
Backups — encrypted backups roll off within 30 days, after which no copy remains.

Cancelling a subscription

Deleting your account also ends access to any paid plan, but it does not cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play: cancel it first in your App Store account settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or Apple or Google will keep charging you. Website subscriptions are cancelled in Settings → Subscription, or email us. See the Refund Policy for what happens to the current billing period.
