By accessing or using DayriOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
DayriOS is an AI-powered life management platform that provides task management, habit tracking, financial tracking, note-taking, goal planning, and AI coaching services. The Service is provided by DayriOS, located at hello@dayrioslife.com.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.
DayriOS offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans. Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions (on the website $14.99/month and $24.99/month; in the App Store and Google Play the price for your country is shown before you buy). New subscribers get a free trial: 7 days of Plus or 3 days of Pro. In the iPhone app you pay through Apple In-App Purchase, in the Android app through Google Play, and on the website through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel: in your App Store account settings, in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or for website purchases in Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases follow Apple's and Google's refund policies; website purchases follow our Refund Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in the store first.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Replicate) to provide recommendations, analysis, and content generation. AI outputs are suggestions only and should not be considered professional financial, medical, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You can report any AI answer from the flag next to it.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may not use the Service to: violate any laws; transmit harmful or malicious content; harass, threaten or abuse other people; attempt to gain unauthorized access; resell or redistribute the Service; use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use.
Habit challenges and shared dreams let other people see what you publish there: challenge titles and descriptions, your display name and your progress. You are responsible for that content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users: no harassment, hate speech, sexual or violent content, spam, scams, or anything illegal. Published text is checked automatically and rejected if it breaks these rules. Anyone can report content or a user from the flag next to it and can block a user so their content no longer appears. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms and suspend or close the accounts of users who post it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
