One AI Planner on Every Device: Android, iPhone, Windows and Web

An open planner and keys in a sunny apartment, with groceries, a bicycle and a workspace nearby.

Your tasks live in one app, your habits in another, your notes on a laptop and your reminders on a phone you left in the kitchen. Every switch costs a little attention, and the things that fall between apps are usually the ones that matter.

DayriOS is one AI planner for tasks, your day plan, habits, notes, budget and goals. It runs as an app on Android, iPhone and Windows, and as a web version in any browser. One account, synced everywhere. Here is how that works in practice, and how to set it up in about two minutes.

Why one synced planner beats scattered apps

A planner only helps if it holds the whole picture. When tasks, habits and money sit in separate tools, you become the integration layer: copying, checking and remembering what lives where.

  • •One list, one plan. What you capture on your phone in the morning is on your computer when you sit down to work.
  • •One AI that sees the whole day. Dayri, the AI assistant, builds your day plan from your tasks, habits and goals, not from one slice of them.
  • •No double entry. Add a task by voice on the bus and tick it off on your PC later. Both devices show the same state.
  • •Less to maintain. One app to update, one set of settings, one place to look.

How reminders work on your phone and your PC

A reminder is only useful if it reaches you where you are. DayriOS sends notifications to the devices you actually use, and everything also lands in the bell inside the app, so nothing gets lost.

On your phone

Task and habit reminders arrive as push notifications at the time you set. You choose what DayriOS sends: task reminders, your morning plan, a midday check-in, an evening recap and a weekly review. Each can be switched on or off and timed in Settings → Notifications.

On your computer

On Windows, the DayriOS app shows native notifications. In the web version, your browser shows push notifications once you allow them. Either way, the reminder you set on your phone also reaches your desk.

Offline reminders on your phone

Reminders on the phone app are scheduled on the device itself, so they still fire without a connection: on a flight, in the underground or with mobile data turned off. Your changes sync the next time you are online.

The Windows tray and desktop widget

The Windows app is built for a computer you leave on all day:

  • •Tray icon. Closing the window keeps DayriOS running in the system tray, so reminders keep arriving. Quick add from the tray menu lets you capture a task without opening the full window.
  • •Launch at login. DayriOS can start minimized in the tray when you sign in to Windows, so reminders arrive on time from the first minute.
  • •Desktop widget. A live card on your desktop shows today's plan, habits and budget at a glance. Keep it on top while you work, or hide it when you need the space.

The web version: any browser, nothing to install

Not on your own device, or using a Mac, a Chromebook or a work laptop? Sign in at dayrioslife.com in any modern browser and your whole planner is there. In Chrome or Edge you can also install the web app to your desktop or home screen with one click, so it opens in its own window.

Get started in 2 minutes

  1. 1.Create a free account on the web or in the app. Tap Continue with Google, or sign up with your email and type in the code we send to confirm it.
  2. 2.Get the app for your phone and, if you work on Windows, your PC. Sign in with the same account.
  3. 3.Allow notifications on each device when DayriOS asks. This is what makes reminders reach you.
  4. 4.Brain-dump what is on your mind by voice or text. Dayri sorts it into tasks.
  5. 5.Open your day plan, pick the one thing that matters most and set a reminder for it.

That is it. From now on, whatever you add on one device shows up on the others.

FAQ

Is DayriOS free on every device?

Yes. The free plan works on Android, iPhone, Windows and the web with the same account. The paid plans, Plus and Pro, start at $14.99 a month with a free trial and unlock more AI and higher limits on every device.

Do my tasks sync between my phone and my computer?

Yes. Tasks, habits, notes, budget and goals live in your account, so every device shows the same data once it is online.

Will I get reminders if my phone is offline?

Yes. Reminders in the phone app are scheduled on the device, so they fire without a connection. Changes you make offline sync when you reconnect.

Do I need to keep the Windows app open?

No. Close the window and DayriOS keeps running in the tray, so notifications still arrive. To exit completely, choose Quit in the tray menu.

Can I use DayriOS in my language?

Yes. DayriOS is available in 14 languages, and you can switch at any time in Settings.

Bottom line

Scattered apps make you do the coordination. One planner on every device does it for you: capture anywhere, get your plan every morning, and receive reminders on the phone in your pocket and the computer on your desk. Start free on the web today and add the apps as you go.
